To launch three real estate development projects by DDG in San Francisco, we produced journals, with popular design publication Apartamento Magazine, about and in collaboration with the immediate neighborhood. Chronicling the homes and lives of memorable Hayes Valley residents and business owners, the magazine serves as a local reference and fosters community.
We produced Hayes Valley Journal to spotlight communities and small businesses in the neighborhood.
Three Properties under one ‘roof’. 8 Ocativa, 400 Grove, 450 Hayes. All developed by DDG in Hayes Valley, San Francisco.
